Our Story

Annie's Personal Care Home Care, LLC was founded with a passion for providing high-quality home health care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our founder, who has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, recognized the need for personalized, compassionate care that is tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Services We Provide

Personal Assistance

Bathing/ showers/ bed baths/ full baths /personal grooming/ shaving/ dressing / hygiene and denture care / transfer assistance and commode assistance

Meals

Preparation of meals breakfast/ lunch/dinner and snacks / shopping

Light housekeeping

Laundry / linen changes / light dusting /dishes/ and other light duties to make sure the consumer lives in a safe and clean environment

Companionship

Appointments

We will accompany to and from appointments / assist in setting up appointments if needed

Transportation / assist with setting up rides through their provided services

Medication

Medication reminders morning / afternoon and evenings

Communication

We record vitals as needed, communicate with your care team and family as required and record daily activities in a daily logs

We offer a personal touch as if it were our own family member
